· Add an arbitration clause to commercial business contracts.
· Any disputes arising from or related to this contract shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) for arbitration in accordance with the effective arbitration rules of CIETAC at the time of applying for arbitration. The arbitration award is final and binding on both parties.
· Collect the signed contract, signing completion certificate, and other relevant evidence materials, and submit an arbitration application.
· CIETAC will select and initiate the general, simplified, or domestic arbitration procedure based on the case circumstances.
· The arbitration award will be signed and delivered, and the parties shall execute or immediately enforce the judgment according to the deadline.
· If a party fails to enforce by the deadline, apply to the court for mandatory enforcement.
